fixed 2 bugs end new FAQ

We have this week fixed 2 bugs.

1.the interest bug what was by bank.

2. a bug in the multiplayer > blackjack.

we have also a new FAQ, when u see some bugs in it or when u would help translate u can contact remco.

hi players, The most players have already seen that vasco now is admin off. the reason of this is that, vasco also have some other websites etc where people need him.
